Your media source must feature relevant content that adds real value to the customer journey, as assessed by TigerBet.
Your media source should show strong engagement and a genuine audience interacting with your brand.
Social media pages cannot be your primary promotion method.
Direct marketing (SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) cannot be used as your main promotional channel.
Blind traffic sources, such as programmatic media buying or affiliate networks, are not accepted.
You need to understand the regulatory framework in your target markets, including marketing, licensing rules, and local advertising laws.
Promote responsible gambling at all times, follow the Programme’s terms, and never target anyone below the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 in the UK).
Ensure all advertising copy is clear, fair, and not misleading, in line with UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) requirements. Avoid exaggerated claims like guaranteed winnings, free money, or unrealistic promotions.
Display responsible gambling messaging prominently wherever TigerBet is promoted, including links to support organizations like GamCare or BeGambleAware.
Marketing content must be geographically targeted and not accessible in jurisdictions where TigerBet is not licensed.
TigerBet monitors affiliate content to ensure compliance. You may only advertise through channels and websites that have been pre-approved by TigerBet.
Ensure tracking and reporting of referred players is accurate and transparent, avoiding any deceptive practices like cookie-stacking or hidden redirects.
Avoid promoting bonus abuse schemes, collusion, or accounts created under false pretenses.
